We will begin with a Discovery Call. This is usually best over Zoom so we can meet visually to discuss your vacation ideas, travel dates, budget, needs and wants. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:
I understand, life happens and you may need to cancel our appointment. Please allow a minimum of a 2-hour notice to cancel our time together.

No shows are no good! If you fail to attend our meeting, there will be a $25 reschedule fee.

What Happens in a Discovery Call?

During our Discovery Call, we will talk about your preferences while traveling and it is critical that you are prepared to discuss:

Your preferred destination.
Have you spoken with your family and friends? Have you agreed on preliminary plans?
Your specific travel dates.
Have you looked at your calendar for school/work/family obligations?
Have you narrowed down your best travel window? (A travel window is not "the summer". A travel window is a specific set of dates.)
Your budget.
Have you started researching flights? Have you discussed a dollar amount that your family is comfortable spending?

This will be a time for you to ask questions as well. We can even explore specific options and pricing.

In addition to your free phone or Zoom consultation, you will receive the following complimentary services:

Research and presentation of a detailed quote for 1 unique destination.

Assistance in researching flight options. Flights to be secured by the client.
Flexible payment plan to suit your needs, with final payment made on time.
Guidance throughout the planning process. I am just a call, text or email away!
Personalized itinerary planning.
Travel support to assist with any needs that may come up during your vacation.
Follow up once you have returned to hear about your adventures and gain your feedback.

Because vacation prices and specials are constantly changing, I kindly ask my clients communicate with me in a timely manner (within one to three days of delivery of vacation quote), even if you are no longer interested. Delays in communication may result in re-quotes, which may be subject to additional service fees.
