Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Services. Your access to and use of our Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services.
By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

SERVICES
My vacation planning is FREE! These services may include but are not limited to:

  • Suggestions and counsel for all aspects of your vacation.

  •  A free phone/video consultation.

  • ​Research and presentation of a detailed quote for 1 unique destination.
    Service fees will apply for more destination research and quoting.

  • ​Price watching and application of new promotional offers to get you the best value.

  • Dining, tours and other special experience reservations made at the earliest opening.

  • An entire library of emails with tips and tricks for making the most of your vacation time.

  • Reservations for ground transportation, stroller and scooter rentals.

  • ​Research and presentation of best flight options. Flights are to be secured directly through the airline by the client.

  • Flexible payment plan (based on supplier requirement), with final payment made on time.

  • Guidance throughout the planning process. I am just a call, text or email away!

  • Personalized itinerary planning.

  • ​Travel support to assist with any needs that may come up during your vacation.

  • Follow up once you have returned to hear about your adventures and gain your feedback.

FEE NOTICE
​
The following scenarios will be subject to a service fee, per occurrence. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • QUOTES: Our complimentary service covers one unique destination quoted for a specific set of travel dates provided by you. Multiple destinations, travel date requests, revisions to original dates or vacation package details, or further vacation consultations will be charged $25 per occurrence prior to quoting.

  • EXPEDITED SERVICE: New clients seeking to book reservations within 2 weeks of final payment due date or after final payment due date are subject to a $50 - $200 service fee to allow for professional hours needed complete the planning process in a short time frame. This may include, but is not limited to: Discovery Call appointments outside of regular appointment options, professional planning services that require immediate attention and additional office hours.
    If client does not finalize their travel plans within 3 business days of receiving the initial proposal, and requires further planning or adjustments, a second Professional Design fee of 50% of the original fee may apply.

  • Changes BEFORE Final Payment
    Once a booking is secured with a deposit, guests may request Travel Agent to coordinate one complimentary change to any combination of the following: travel dates, resort selection, ticket type, or package component. This change is contingent upon supplier approval and any associated supplier fees. 

    • Additional Changes: Should more than one change be requested (before or after final payment), each subsequent adjustment will incur a $50 to $100 travel agent service fee in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.

  • Changes AFTER Final Payment
    After final payment is completed, guests may request Travel Agent to coordinate one complimentary change to guest information, travel dates, resort selection, ticket type, or other package components. These requests are subject to approval by suppliers and may carry supplier-imposed fees.

    • Additional Changes: Should more than one change be requested after final payment, each subsequent adjustment will incur a $50 to $100 travel agent service fee in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.

  • Changes Affecting Experience Reservations
    If any change to a vacation package requires rebooking of pre-arranged dining, special experiences, tour reservations or any other experiences previously secured by the travel agent, a non-refundable service fee of $50 to $100 will be applied for a rebooking request. This service is not available for complimentary rebooking.

    • Note: All changes are subject to supplier availability and fees, and some changes may be restricted based on supplier policies.

  • REBOOKING: After a booking is secured (with courtesy hold or deposit) and Client fails to act on required payment notification (for deposit or final payment) resulting in a cancelled booking and client wants to subsequently rebook or recreate a new reservation, client will be charged a $50 - $100 service fee.

  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Client fails to heed travel requirements (ie: travel ID, passport, insurance, government or destination requirements for travel, etc) resulting in rescheduling or rebooking a new vacation package, client will be charged a $100 service fee.

  • FINAL PAYMENT: In order to avoid glitches and snafus, every effort is made to ensure final payments are made prior to the supplier requirement. If client fails to have final payment completed by Travel Agent required date, client will be charged a $50 late payment fee.

  • GROUPS: When booking trips as a Group and working with a supplier's Groups Department, a professional fee ranging between $100 - $1000 will be assessed in the pre planning stages. The final price will be determined based on the vacation plans and group size.
     

No charges will be incurred without a notice before extra services are performed.
Fees will be submitted via Venmo with the Client Name and “Planning”. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward the client’s vacation package. Once the fee is submitted, Agent will begin working to secure changes.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Travel Agent Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. Travel Agency has no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, or any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
Travel Agency reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes material change shall be determined at our sole discretion.

COMMUNICATION
The travel industry is constantly changing. Please ensure that you receive the quoted rates by responding as quickly as possible but no longer than (3) days after receiving information and/or quotes from us. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is made.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
There is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement, or condition affecting these Terms and Conditions except as expressly provided herein.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Should it become necessary to seek relief from the court or other mediation resources under these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be awarded reasonable expenses and attorney’s fees.

SPECIAL NOTICE
If you have any legal issues such as criminal convictions that could prevent you from traveling inside or outside of the United States including cruises, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to travel. Travel Agency and Sarah McClure will not be responsible for any denied boarding and/or denied entry due to legal matters. 

Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses - if you have a current or past offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. Travelers with DWI or DUI records should check whether current rules exclude admission to foreign destinations. Travel Agency feels it is an invasion of privacy for members of our staff to make such an inquiry and these requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility. As an example, Canada often denies entry to travelers with a DUI conviction.
Examples are and not limited to: Alimony, Child Support Payments, DUI, IRS, Pending Warrants, Legal Convictions, Federal Charges, No-Fly List."
